Big n' Fudgy Brownie Wins Best New Product Award

At the 2009 NACS Show, Supermarket Guru and NBC News “Today Show” food trends editor Phil Lembert rated entrees based on taste, value, convenience, healthfulness, quality ingredients, preparation requirements, appearance and packaging. He awarded the Prairie City Bakery one of the BEST NEW PRODUCTS OF THE YEAR for 2009 at the NACS SHOW. Lembert called the Prairie City Bakery Big n’ Fudgy Brownie "the BEST pre-packaged brownie I ever tasted!". He stated, “not only is it moist and chocolatey, but the amount of chocolate chips made every bite worthwhile”.
