Prairie City Bakery Has Purchased the Tina's Gourmet Pastries Brand and the El Gallo Giro Artisan Mexican Pastry Business From Artimex, Santa Fe Springs, Calif.

Tina's is a West Coast brand that includes more than 30 items individually wrapped items including "Monster Muffins," Mini-Muffins, Individual Cakes, Pound Cakes, Cookies, Danish, Brownies and Cinnamon Rolls.

The El Gallo Giro line of products consists of 15 individually wrapped traditional Hispanic Pastries, including Conchas, Empanadas, Polvorons, Elote and other assorted Mexican breads.
